At Estill Early Learning Center we aim to not only provide children with quality care but to also give them access to a learning environment to fuel their overall development. Although the children are a top priority, so are our staff and their overall professional growth! Regardless of what role you may hold, YOU are an essential part of our team and will have direct impact on the lives of the children you work with through your employment with Estill Early Learning Center.

We are consistently looking for applicants who are experienced, energetic, nurturing, and friendly. Applicants must feel comfortable managing children as they learn, eat, sleep, and play as well as be willing to ensure children are provided with appropriate supervision while in care and their overall safety always remains a top priority.

Requirements

At least 18 Years Old (We also accept applicants who are under 18 Years Old, however, available positions for those ages are very limited)
High School Diploma or College Transcript/Degree
Up-To-Date TB Skin Test
Completion of Required Background Checks

Depending on available positions, job responsibilities may vary but all positions require the following:

Complete a Minimum of 15 Training Hours a Year
Participate in the Kentucky ALL STARS Program
Complete Trainings and Projects assigned by Director
Provide Appropriate Supervision to Children at all Times
Support Children’s emotional and Social Development
